A one-of-a-kind bomber jacket, crafted from repurposed vintage Furisode kimono silk.
Fabric & Design: Black silk featuring an elaborate printed design with Wisteria, Ume, Cherry and Peony blossoms, Maple leaves, Matsu pine, clouds, waterfalls, and royal cart motifs. Accents of printed gold foil highlight the landscape design, adding a subtle, luminous sparkle
Lining & Structure: Lined with deadstock kimono silk crepe satin in soft ivory, woven with delicate stream and Lotus flower motifs plus very subtle hints of pink, blue, and green. Interlined for strength and substancel. Semi-tailored shoulders include wadding sewn into the sleeve head seam for gentle shape without shoulder pads
Trims & Hardware: Elasticated cuffs, collar, and hem in matching vintage silk, finished with a gunmetal black front zip. Functional vertical welt pockets at the front provide practical detail
